Justin Falcone is a strategic IT leader with nearly 20 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise technology systems across education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. He currently serves as Director of Technology at Mount St. Joseph College, a Catholic high school in Baltimore, where he leads infrastructure modernization, policy reform, and cross-departmental initiatives that align technology with institutional mission.

At Mount St. Joseph, Justin is spearheading a multi-phase overhaul of classroom technology—transitioning from legacy projector setups to flexible, touch-enabled environments powered by Windows laptops and large-format Dell displays. His approach prioritizes teacher autonomy, accessibility, and future-readiness. He also manages a $200K operational budget and a $250K project budget, while collaborating with the Development Office to secure grant funding for integrated security and facilities upgrades tied to a new Building Management System.

Previously, as Director of Technology at Immaculate Conception Church & School, Justin secured over $1M in federal grant funding, modernized infrastructure, and implemented FERPA-aligned cybersecurity protocols tailored to resource-constrained academic environments. He built and coached a compact IT team, established accountability frameworks, and delivered measurable improvements in speed, reliability, and user satisfaction.

Justin’s expertise spans network architecture, cloud platforms, virtualization, and cybersecurity, with hands-on experience in Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, Microsoft Azure, and Citrix environments. He holds a master’s degree in Cybersecurity from UMUC and is known for his collaborative leadership, operational precision, and commitment to building resilient, service-oriented systems that empower educators and students alike.
