As President and Managing Director of Statewide Management, he leads a consulting practice specializing in strategic planning, marketing development, operational efficiency, and financial restructuring.
His firm advises a diverse roster of clients, including Red Bull, educational institutions, healthcare providers, car rental companies, and media organizations, helping them achieve sustained performance improvements and stronger market competitiveness.
Prior to establishing Statewide Management, Holt served as General Manager and Publisher of a regional newspaper group, where he successfully expanded readership and diversified revenue streams during a time of significant industry disruption. His leadership and innovative approach to operations drew the attention of major media acquirers, and the group was ultimately sold to News Corporation.
Following the acquisition, Holt continued in a senior leadership role, guiding post-acquisition integration, cultural alignment, and new product development, ensuring a smooth transition for staff, advertisers, and readers alike.
Holt’s expertise extends across multiple industries, with particular depth in media, education, and printing services.
